I learned to say “no” *much* earlier than 4 years old. Family moved twice during the year that I was four so I can sort landmarks relative to those moves, and in the interval between them I was enrolled in the only Kindergarten available locally; I lasted ony a couple of months. I was kicked out. For disobedience. The school was taught by nuns — as an adult, I am *so* proud of how early I learned to resist brainwashing! — For the record, I have good friends who are devout Catholics, I mean no blanket disparagment.
This… Looks familiar. I must have seen this somewhere before…
A whole year to practice? How, by copying Timulty? I’m not sure he would be negative like that.
By being four years old himself.
Most four-year-olds like some things at least.
the joke is that most people learn to say no when they’re four and in a lot of cases go overboard with it
Hmm. When I was four, I discovered how much I love video games.
When I was four, I played Minecraft. It has improved much.
