    • He didn’t say he expected instant gratification from this service, did he? I’d imagine this simply moves him forward one more notch in the cycle, rather than saying he’ll never complete it.

    • Actually, he got that “get out of court free” pass from his appearance as a witness. He still needs to be a plaintiff, though.
