    • Well, porridge is pronounced “por-ij” while orange is pronounced “or-inj”.

      The key difference being the n that changes the second syllable a little bit.

      They sound close enough to rhyme if you say it fast enough, though.

  1. Everybody seems to be forgetting that you only need to match the last syllable, not everything except the first sound. Also, even if you ignore that, singe is still a rhyme if you pronounce it “or-inj”, and revenge is if you pronounce it “or-enj”.

    • It’s even weirder that it fit into that pocket (see how smooth his side is in panel one). Llewellyn’s pockets (or at least that one) are portals to an alternate dimension, a la his sofa? That would also explain why he happened to have the borange; he didn’t, he just summoned it at need.
