There was a young man with no brain.
When it stormed his head filled with rain.
But this poor dumb fellah,
Didn’t buy an umbrella,
Instead he just put in a drain.
In the last panel, there’s something right next to Millies tail that looks like the sole of a rain boot, but she’s barepawed in the first panel. And don’t try to say that she’s wearing very dark boots, because a paw pad is clearly visible, and if that’s a boot in the last panel, it’s light colored.
Maybe the boot came off?
You got the time all backwards. She would be putting it on.
Maybe it just materialized on her foot. Stranger things have happened to her (couch world)
