    • It always has been that way, from “Son of Sam” to Lee Harvey Oswald, lone Assholes have proved themselves perfectly capable of effecting Entire Nations given the proper equipment, though it’s important to remember that it wasn’t the fault of the equipment, but of the asshole himself.

    • Eh, TBH I still can’t understand why the man is so celebrated. He was an abusive jerk, a massive narcissist, and towards the end, a pro-establishment republican.

      • But it was Elvis Presley who visited Nixon.

        Actually, John Lennon was never really a pro-establishment Republican so much as a disillusioned radical. Look at the song “Revolution Number One” and you will see what I mean.
