The ones who ‘have something better to do’ at the last minute aren’t the problem. It’s the ones who always ‘have something better to do’ when it comes to looking into the candidates and policies available and making a reasoned choice, but still insist on putting a cross in the box on the day. ‘Nothing better to do’ can be a comment on the triviality of everyday life, but it can just as easily refer to something with particular high importance.
Nobody’s got more “nothing better to do” than a dragon.
Except maybe a dragon who isn’t a single parent…

I vote every election. The politicians by now are making me sick, but I still force myself to vote.
