Webcomics are great. They are truly the future of entertainment. You can read them at your own pace, they take up no space on your bookshelf (unless you want them to), and at least most of them have an index/archive which is fairly accessible and navigable.

I was kind of wondering if that was the one he was thinking of, too. Its the only one I know of that has any poor victimized tech support people who have to deal with idiots (not that there has ever been another kind of tech support person).
