Dragons can be long lived.
Well, he’s a Celtic dragon, and Wikipedia says continental Celtic died out around the sixth or seventh century, so…
I think Llewellyn is modeled after the dragon on the Welsh flag
( Google it and see what you think )
There is some degree of resemblance, but the Welsh flag dragon looks equally similar to a lot of dragons I’ve seen.
Maybe it’s the other way around.
Lets see, the year 2222 hasn’t happened yet so that just leaves… too many for me to count.

This is the first time we see Llewellyn after the strips redesign. Part of it was cutting holes in his tuxedo so his wings could be visible.
I’m only 57 and I have trouble remembering if I got my Asperger’s diagnosis in, say 2002 or 2005 or whenever.
I’m getting to that age when the years are starting to meld together as well.
