  1. Avery later grew up to see massive webcomic archives full of a variety of strips that cover every imaginable topic and genre in addition to a few unimaginable ones. Thus, his entire argument was crushed to mere atomic dust. Poor raccoon.

    • Avery’s attitude was already badly out of date back in 1998. This was after Watchmen, The Dark Knight Returns and Sandman. Not to mention, Maus won a Pulitzer all the way back in 1992.

  2. Seriously? In ancient times, people looked at picture books, or pictures painted in public areas, to learn things when they didn’t know how to read.

  3. Similar attitude with fanfiction. Sometime within the last year or two there was a thing where one of the big colleges had a My Little Pony fanfiction called “Background Pony” on its summer reading list. Talk about a jump in opinion.

  4. Ozzy just keeps getting better. He has a good dress sense, he’s polite, and enjoys what he likes regardless of other’s opinions.
