The angel of death is also known as the grim reaper. There, I just saved a few people the confusion.
Actually your incorrect there. The Angel of Death is a forebear of death, coming to those close to death, while the Grim Reaper is the personification of Death himself, who comes to end the lives of those on his list. Two separate beings. Also the fact that the Grim Reaper/Death are in numerous religions world wide while the Angel of Death is kept close to just those who believe in God from the bible.
There are people who claim to have seen the Grim Reaper.
Of course, there are people who have claimed to see aliens as well.
