My nose is not a-mused.
I remember when I realized that that pink blob in the lower left hand corner of my vision (I’m right eyed) was my nose. I was about three, I think. On of my earliest memories.
One of my earliest memories is of a birthday party in a park with cheap foam pirate hats.
My earliest complex memory can be dated, since it is of the father I’d never seen returning from war; I was 18 months old. And it wasn’t until years later that I realised why he (apparently) stood talking to the car’s driver in that memory. It had to have been a taxi!
For my fourth birthday, my mother made me a cake shaped like a pickup truck. It even had little silver sugar beads for lugnuts.
So if Llewellyn were a cat, and the poems were funny ones about his whiskers, would it be up to the amusing mew’s muse?
