Found a book at our local library that talked about dragons in a quote unquote “scientific” fashion. For example the Lernean Hydra was nesting thus being more territorial, a long whip-like tail that could seem as a third head, and several other facts. It was a very interesting read but for the life of me I can’t remember what it was called.
Is she talking about hydras? Those are indeed cool.
Hydras have nine heads, not three.
They grow three new heads when you cut one off.
