I think you’re thinking of “flooba”.
Flooba actually is a real word, though. It’s short for ‘flooba dooba’.
I’m not positive (because I can’t find much about the history of hits of either term,) but the earliest I can find ‘flooba dooba’ is in 2013, and plain ‘flooba’ from Timulty came before that.

At one point, people were seriously worried that musical composition would grind to a halt because every possible tune would soon be written. About the same time, there were some (apparently serious) calls to shut down patent offices, because everything useful had already been invented.
