    • Congratulations! You are the 1 millionth person to overthrow the government of Bolivia this month! You have won an extra five seconds of rulership over the country!

  1. With government control comes government responsibility. I could repatriate (take back) all the ill-gotten wealth from international banks. Corrupt people should get their possessions removed and reused to benefit the general populace. Butch Cassidy museum, perhaps?

  2. In the nineteenth and early twentieth century, Bolivia had over one and a half coup attempts per year, with around two-fifths suceeding. The way it worked was, if you wanted to coup the other guy, you meet, compare supporters, and if he has less he gets to take a whole bunch of money to Europe and live out his life there, unless he wanted to coup you back. (Although doing so was dangerous; when escaped Bolivian dictator Hilarion Daza returned from exile, he was assassinated the instant he stepped out of the train.) If the guy in charge has more, good luck to you. They technically had elections, but they were more like non-binding resolutions.
No, don’t ask me how I know this.
