it can’t land on Ozy or Millie and Ms Mudd is sure he’d repair damage to her home, so works for her.
Ahhh…why can’t it land on Millie?
Because, as he explained in strip 1609, part of the reason Llewellyn had Millie sent to DC was that he hoped to avoid such problems.
The thing is, most Homeowners Association presidents are, in my experience, petty tyrants. Sad little kings of sad little hills. So Llewellyn’s probably not wrong; There’s probably added meaning when ballistic windmills are involved.
The Neighborhood association guy is a skunk.
I think Llewellyn’s moral alignment is chaotic neutral, and I love it.
I think Ms.Mudd would be lawful good, Ozy true neutral or neutral good, and Millie chaotic neutral or chaotic good. Your choice for Llewellyn is good.
Costco sells windmills? (evil grin)
