      • Ironically, Kyt, two weeks before you posted that, it was announced that a couple private equity firms were financing the return of Twinkies, Cupcakes, Donettes, and a few other iconic Hostess snack foods.

        I couldn’t help but find great amusement in the idea that Twinkies — long lampooned for their incredible shelf-life — could even withstand bankruptcy!

  1. I think Millie has a reasonably accurate depiction of modern america there, and not just because it makes no sense.

  2. Millie is left-handed, erm pawed! (Or maybe she’s ambidextrous [ambisinistrous?], all of the cats of my acquaintence seem to have been.)
