Not really. None of the generations had that shape of nose. Looks more like the unicorn from “The Last Unicorn” to me, but it is probably just a generic shape of toy that girls are expected to have.
Also, this is the reason that I put big button eyes on all of the dishes.
If I put big button eyes on all my dishes, I have a feeling my daughter would rather play with the dishes rather than clean them.
