Logic backed by coercion is always stronger then that same logic upon it’s own! 😛
The “starving children in third world countries” argument has always struck me as backwards. If people are starving somewhere and you’re here forcing me to eat more food than I’m hungry for, you’re adding to the imbalance.
I think the idea is that you shouldn’t waste food- and it’s more often used not when someone’s not hungry, but when they won’t eat specific foods.
Maybe she could offer to send her lima beans to the starving people.
Knowing Millie, she’s probably tried that before.
