At least five years old to be specific.
Fashion is based around those who mindlessly imitate those they think are cool, and I don’t think Felicia considers anyone to be cooler than her.
But for awhile she thought Millie was.
Well, that kind of skirt/sweater combination was fashionable when I was in high school (1958-1962) — a tad earlier than 2003.
What sweater?
See the neckline in panel 3? She’s wearing a sweater (a V-neck, to be precise), her upper body is covered by more than her own wool. and the sweater’s bottom hem obscures the waistline of the skirt.
Five years old? I thought cavemen wore that stuff?
