Ahh rejection…the initial way life tells you it’s hard
It better not have been a series of punnet squares, that’s the nerd equivalent of selecting a wedding cake.
I had to go to the Great Wiki on that one (with the correct spelling, Punnett)
and I’m a nerd (of course, my obsession is astronomy, not biology).
To the tune of “Lemon Tree” (PP&M):
Punnett square, very pretty
And your symmetry is sweet;
And the fruits of your logic
Are impossible to beat.
The 5th graders have a biology lab? That must be a very advanced school.
My 5th grade science teacher (the whole class rotated teachers as a unit) was a retired OSHA biologist. We had specialized labs about once a month. For a 71-year-old, he was very animated about teaching “the science of LIFE!”
